Why is it so unreasonably difficult to purchase things here?
First I attempted to make a purchase using VISA gift card which failed. I had read that eBay no longer accepts them. I then went and purchased an eBay gift card and checked the balance it which did say $50.00 yet now I see no option at checkout to use the funds nor can I locate them anywhere. It is as if my funds have completely vanished. What happened?

On the checkout page where you can choose your payment method there should be a field at the bottom where you can enter a coupon, credit, discount code or gift card number.

OP1 year agoI did as you said, yet I am greeted with “there’s no balance left on this codeâ€. I have not purchased anything, I have not visited any ‘sketchy’ sites, nor have done anything with the gift card outside of the app. Might you have a clue as to the root cause of this phenomenon? I could really use the help…
