Why is it so incredibly difficult to reach an agent for assistance?
Why is it so incredibly difficult to reach an agent? My organic impressions have been between 4,500 and 9,000 every single day for more that 30 days. I have 100% positive feedback. I have 0 account defects. I list 5 items daily. Today I have 0 organic impressions and only 3 views. I usually have 10 or more by 10am. It is now almost 5pm. Why wont Ebay let me talk to an agent to try to figure out what is going on?

OP10 months agoI have been able to eventually get through before. Is it a situation where they will only allow x # of agent assistance calls in a certain time period? I believe I have met all the requirements to be a top rated seller. I am only in about my 4th month as a seller. I would love to do this full time if I could reliably trust enough income from it. Any help from the seasoned sellers would be greatly appreciated.
