Why is it so hard to remove a false feedback? I've been with eBay over 23 years.
Hoe do I get eBay to help me remove false negative feedback. I've been with eBay for over 23 years and brand loyal. I'm saddened to not get help. What I'm I doing wrong? What do I need to do? What boxes do I need to fill in to be heard? I need help! I'm disappointed with false feedback. So discouraging. 😑😔
I looked at your negative feedback. It had a link to your sold vest. So I looked at your sold listing and the photos of the back of the vest show the restraints in question in place and in fine condition. Have you tried to contact the buyer and request a revision to their feedback as the restraints were fine when you shipped the item - include the pictures with the restraints in your message. Ask hem if the package was damaged in shipping (they did not state that in their feedback) and send you photos of the damage. If you shipped the vest in a plastic bag instead of a box, it could have been damaged (ripped by a conveyor belt). That had happened to me on a tee shirt that I sold. It was totally ripped on delivery. I ended up refunding the buyer and all was good, no negative feedback. If the package did arrive damaged you can ask the buyer why they didn't contact you first before leaving feedback. Perhaps you can work something out with the buyer so they will revise their feedback. If the buyer is not willing to work with you, you can leave a reply to their feedback explaining that the vest was shipped intact and was damaged in shipping and include the photos of the back of the vest. Only the buyer can revise negative or neutral feedback.

Ebay will not remove the feedback unless it violates Ebay policy.
