Why is it so hard to have someone from Ebay contact you?????
I have been trying to have Ebay contact me for the past week to report a scam and invoke my rights under Ebay's buyer guarantee but I can't get anyone on chat and I can't get anyone to call me even though I get the notice on chat that someone will. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME AND LET ME KNOW WHAT THE SECRET IS TO GET SOMEONE FROM EBAY TO HELP ME.

Mentor1 year ago@woz21971 I can advise you how to file a refund request as the agents, once you reach one, are just going to refer you to the help pages.
What type of scam problem are you dealing with?
Did you not receive an item?
Is the item not as described?
