Why is it so hard to get my payout from ebay

OK so I can't remember ever having so much trouble getting paid by ebay. My item was delivered without issue and I have already received positive feedback from the buyer but still no payment from ebay. Payout dates change from one page to the next. Just haven't ever experienced these kind of problems with ebay. I mean they still take payment immediately but now getting paid takes so much longer and seems more different. Is this a business plan? Logistical or programing issues? What is going on?

You are a new or low activity Seller having sold a total of 55 items but only one in the last 90 days for $ 120 and nothing currently for sale. eBay will hold your funds up to 31 days regardless of delivery confirmation or Buyer Feedback (which never counts for anything in their payment scheme). Transaction holds | eBay

When you shipped your item did you buy your label through ebay or take the item to the P.O. to ship it? If you took the item to a P.O. did you upload the tracking number to the sold item page? If you did not, then ebay has no proof of you shipping and the delivery being made. If you did upload tracking, your payment should be released within 2 days of there being a Delivered scan. If the payment status has changed from Pending to Completed the funds should be transferred to your bank, but they may impose their own hold on the transfer until it is verified.

OP4 days agoI did purchase the label through ebay. Took it to the post office immediately and received a receipt. Tracking was posted on the order details. Ebay showed the tracking number, tracked the package the entire time and shows delivery. Again even positive feedback has already been received from the buyer. Everything was a typical transaction for me until payout time. The only problem with the entire order is ebay's payout.
