Why is it so hard to deal with Ebay? I have tried for months to get a call back. Talk about useless
Useless customer service...they should be ashamed.....but of coarse not while they take our money.

I've never failed to receive a callback within a few seconds of requesting one. You've been waiting months? Make sure you have the correct phone # on file and that you don't have any blockers on you phone.
However your best bet to get answers or help with a problem is usually to ask right here.
