WHY IS IT SO HARD TO CONTACT EBAY SPENT 5 HOURS TRYING TO GET A CALL BACK
Finaly got them, and like a broken record. since I was not able to get ebay, I tried paypal, only for the same crap, it was delivered, just to wrong address. now I'm here to tell you how not being able to contact ebay. EBAY = A BROKEN SYSTEM. 6 HOURS OF **bleep**. TO FIND IT MIGHT HAVE WRONG ADDRESS LABEL ON IT. IF YOU COULD GET AHOLD OF EBAY, TIS CRAP WOULD BE SETTLED, INSTEAD , WE GET THIS KIND OF CRAP. got to be run by republicans, the party run by criminals

Mentor2 years agoGo to your Purchase history, locate the transaction. Click on View Order Details. Is the SHIP TO address correct? You are responsible for keeping your SHIP TO address up to date. Sellers are responsible for sending items to the SHIP TO address that buyers provide.
The bots see that tracking states DELIVERED so you will automatically lose an Item Not Received case.
Take the tracking down to the carrier and have them check their GPS coordinates to see exactly where the package was delivered. If not to your address, the carrier should try and retrieve the package. Then you upload a copy of that letterhead into an appeal, to get your money back.

If it was to your address, the package may have been stolen. Contact the police department as well as your homeowners insurance.

OP2 years agowow, I don't think I would have thought of any of that, now biggest problem is that the automated crap they use, has never been able to answer the question or handle the problem , the entire time this system was put in place. Then eBay goes out of thier way to make it imposable to reach them, LESS PROBLEMS THAT WAY to handle, since it's so hard to get them on the phone. like when a package claims it was delivered, JUST NOT TO YOU. now you got seller saying they put right address on it, shipping company says, wrong address, and the customer can't reach ebay to fix, so you call paypal, they denied claim, due to the fack, it was delivered . did not care that it was not delivered to me. because eBay is so f--king hard to reach, I had to file a claim with my bank, THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS in refunding my money. It seems like a losing game buying on eBay. so much for buyer protection, out of 11 sales on eBay, 3 went south, due to bad sellers, every one a pain in the but to get help on. 5 to 6 hours on phone to fix last problem on eBay , most of that time was just trying to reach eBay. to eBay, that's normal for them I still don't know how I got through to eBay, and I did get to talk to them 3 times, with NO HELP thats why I ended up going to my bank, 10 minuids later, it was fixed.
1st problem person wanted to be paid by a cash app, paid by eBay, never sent, was refunded
2nd, shipping hassle, seller says right address, shipper says wrong address, my bank fixed
3rd. still pending, not sure if shipped, or will be when they get back from vacation, and only found that out by checking on other items he is selling. until then, I thought it was going to be here soon, but no shipping info. at all. so am I happy I was put in this situation, h-ll no. now, will they get shipped, or will I have to go to my bank again, reall tired of this crappy seller attitudes on all platforms. between sellers who don't ship, shipping companies that lose the package in some why shape or form, makes online shopping unsafe now-a-days.
short answer , yes I tried all of that first
