Why is it so hard to contact a real person!! Js
Why does it have to be so difficult to contact a real customer support person? To me instead of going through the headaches of trying, how come there’s no option to email customer support, I rather wait a few days to get my question answered instead of the @#$%ing Ai 🐂 💩! I’m starting to wonder that Ai gets all the profits!! Really?? Js

You have some options:
-Ask your question here if not on the account level, we have no access to accounts here. This forum is supported by volunteer Buyers and Sellers.
-Here's is what has worked for others and how to contact eBay general customer service.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:
https://www.ebay.com/help/contact?type=ContactUs&topicId=4000
2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4. Type AGENT (you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

I clicked the "4000" link in your reply, and the landing page had contact information at the bottom (see screenshot). So CS has added an email option?

At the bottom of this page to the right of center there is a Contact us button and you can chat with a customer service rep. OR for faster results, you can explain what your issue is here, and we can help you with it.
