Why is it ok that eBay forced my hand into allow used PokÃ©mon card returnâ€¦

The buyer didnâ€™t send the cards back besides empty water bottles, and eBay wouldnâ€™t help refund meâ€¦ I appealed it took pictures of the shipping box and nothing inside with the packing slips he was so nice to throw inâ€¦ why did eBay change their policy to this. This has never been the case before! I normally receive justice but I got multiple denied appeals!!! ðŸ˜¡

I'd say in the past you got lucky. It is very hard to win one of these as a seller. But I would definitely suggest that you report the buyer on this for abusing the return system for sure. Ebay is tracking this information and if the repeat the behavior and it gets reported, there may be sanctions for that buyer.
