Mentor3 years agoYou should be able to search by item location to filter out anything not listed as being in the US.
Keep in mind that if there are few results, eBay sometimes offers results from other locations after those results -- if you are scrolling quickly you may miss the transition. And it is possible that a sponsored result from another location may appear in the search results as well.
