Why is FedEx telling me they are making adjustments and adding weight to my shipments?
I have been selling on eBay since 2007. I've used FedEx for the last 4 years. This week, I received an email saying that adjments have been made to my last 10 shipments and that my credit card was being billed for the money I owed on each item. I weigh all of my items and round up the next pound. I also take the dimensions on my boxes, and round up to the next inch (6.5" get entered as 7"). How could it be that 10 items have come back as overweight and I'm getting billed $10 or more for each of these items. The adjustments say I reported 6 lbs weight, but the actual billable rate is 12'**bleep**. This makes no sense to me. Can anyone help here? Thanks. Brian

Mentor2 years agoThere is a known issue with FedEx incorrectly charging for labels. It was first reported to eBay on March 27 and is ongoing. EBay should be contacting you regarding any adjustments.
