Why is ebay standard envelope not listed as a shipping possibility for some (but not all) of my item

Hello all, I definitely know that use of an ebay standard envelope for shipping has certain restrictions, and isn't available always. However, for some of my items (for example, item 306927992116), it seems like it SHOULD be given to me as an option, but is not. What am I missing?

I do not know why the ebay standard envelope (ESE) option is not available for that listing, but I would never use the service any way. Tracking for ESE items is often spotty slow to move through the system and gives false delivery updates. Usually, posting out for delivery, a day before that happens. It looks like you have that listed with 1st Class package that now falls under the Ground Advantage classification. I'd stick with that.
