Why is EBay so behind the times?
First of all I like EBay, I can find good deals however there are flaws.
Each time I do an order, the address isn’t readily apparent and so I quickly send the order only to find that it’s going to the wrong place.Unlike Amazon I cannot reroute it but beg the seller to cancel. It’s silly. Either allow a correction or else make it easier to cancel.
Worse that this, the mistake on the address wouldn’t have happened if only it showed front and center. Nope it’s on another page.
No wonder folks buy elsewhere, the experience is so clunky.It could be so much better!
