Why is eBay not properly allocating funds in a seller initiated refund?
I go to the order, clock on issue refund and start the process. When the system ask for a reason, I choose "shipping discount". For this refund, I am trying to refund the buyer $37.00 because the system calculated the shipping cost incorrectly. So, I would assume that all of the $37 is being deducted from the amount the buyer paid for shipping. However, that is not the case. I have pasted the summary below. Can someone tell me why eBay would be issuing a $6.31 credit to the purchase price, when I indicated that it should be only for shipping?
Thanks
