Why is eBay making me wait for an answer from the seller that is no longer a registered user
Seller appears to be a scammer. I tried to cancel the order 5 days after purchase but the request was declined. Seller sent some kind of package to a West Coast address. I am on the East Coast. I reported as not receiving the item but eBay is making me wait until May 14 for the seller to respond, however the seller is "No longer a registered user." I want to purchase the same item from a different seller but i need the refund. Anyway to speed this process? The seller doesn't exist... so why is eBay making me wait for an answer from the seller?

I'm sorry, you'll have to wait.
The seller may have shipped the item (doubtful, but that's the process).
You will get your refund.
