Why is ebay charging a fee for free express payout?
Anyone else experiencing this? AI customer service is worthlessly unhelpful. And I can't find any answers.
I know it's only a dollar, it's just the principle of it.

"A flat fee of $2.00 is applied to each express payout sent to your linked debit card or bank account, and eBay deducts the express payout fee, selling costs, and other fees from your funds prior to payout."

OP11 months agoYes, I know that. Which is why I don't use "express" payouts. However eBay lured me in with a "5 free express payouts" As can be clearly seen in the screenshot, in the upper right corner, it shows the $2.00 fee crossed out and the word free below it. And yet, they grabbed $1.00 from me on my way out the door. WHY?
