Why is EBay allowing sellers to not ship items and not canceling the order immediately if ship date has passed?
Summary: theauctioneers98 is frustrated with a seller on eBay who hasn't shipped an item for almost 30 days and denied a cancellation request. Despite sending multiple messages, they received no replies. Negative feedback about the seller was removed, even though the seller had several other negative reviews. theauctioneers98 is upset with eBay’s handling of the situation and is awaiting the eBay buyer money back guarantee process.
Seller hasn’t shipped and it’s been almost 30 days. I sent a request for cancellation and the seller denied it. I posted negative feedback saying the seller was the “worst” expressing that I messaged them 4x with no replies. FB was removed. Why does eBay allow sellers to get away with this?? The seller has 5 negative feedbacks mind you and mine would’ve been 6. I still don’t have my item and now I have to wait to file the eBay buyer money back guarantee report. I should’ve immediately gotten my money back. No replies, no shipment. Past the due date? And the cancellation request gets denied?? The seller even had the gall to put in the denial that it was expected by 7/28! That was on 7/31! And eBay allowed that to go through!
