Why is describing your listing by naming the maker's mark a violation of manipulation policy?
Hi there,
I tried getting help from eBay on this to no avail. I am a new seller. I listed a Christian Dior necklace and as part of the description, I mentioned the maker's mark visible on the necklace and in the pictures: "chr.dior."
I just got an email from eBay telling me this is a violation of "manipulating" a listing. Ummmm. How so? That IS my listing.
Anyone?
