Why is a cancelled order still showing on my total sales?
A buyer backed out of an order and it was officially cancelled. Payment was never made, yet the total of that cancelled sale still shows in my total sales. Why is that? I never received any payment. Thanks for your help.

·3 years agoEven though the order was canceled, the item still sold and will be included in your monthly totals.
