Why I'm being Charged Fees.
Someone try to purchase an item that's Pick-up Only. So the funds had to be return. Why is eBay charging me the fees for the buyer error?

Mentor1 year agoIt looks confusing because it shows - fees. That means the fees are being credited back to your from the refund.

When you issue a refund, you pay the full amount. eBay then releases the buyer's payment to you, and reverses the final value fees. If you used any listing upgrades, like a bold title, those fees are not refundable.
