why i cant use my pre-paid visa gift card( vanilla version)

I checked the balance and it is enough to pay the item but it giving me a errors message about "your payment didn't went thru and please try another payment" seriously i checked the card it has $10 dollars and the item is $8 and 6 cents

Lots of folks have been complaining that those cards are not being accepted by eBay since July. As far as I can tell, eBay has not said publicly if the problem is technical or the result of a policy change.

Try using a different payment method on eBay, and use your prepaid card for a purchase elsewhere.
