You do NOT ship until the item is in your sold Awaiting Shipment section here>
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:AWAITING_SHIPMENT Then you select print shipping label from the drop down menu next to the sold item.
Make sure that the package weight and dimensions are correct before you purchase the label.
Please let us know what exact problem you are having with shipping.
