Mentor2 years agoBuyers cannot retract their bids. Did you message the seller and ask nicely to please cancel your bids? Do you see those transactions listed in your Purchase history? It would appear that perhaps the sellers did not cancel the transaction, and instead filed a cancellation/unpaid item at least 5 days after the listing ended. If that happened, then 2 unpaid strikes are recorded on your account, and sellers can block buyers with 2 or more strikes from bidding/buying their items. That block will last for 12 months. There are many sellers who do not use this block, so you will need to find them, or locate listings with Immediate Payment Required.

Buyers cannot cancel orders - they can ask the seller to cancel, but that's up to the seller. If he doesn't cancel, you are required to pay for your items or you'll earn unpaid item strikes on your account.

Ebay does not have email capability.
Buyers cannot cancel their orders.
