Why I’m restricted to bid on item that seller has no issue with mailing to USA item number 134906441
Why I can’t bid on item that there are no restrictions on seller out side USA shipping it to USA or any where else who is controlling this site ?

·2 years agoWhat error message are you getting when you try, or if no error message what circumstances lead you to your conclusion that you are unable to bid: what page are you on, what blanks do you fill and what links do you click, what happens next vs. what did you expect to happen?
ETA: That is an incomplete item number (should be 12 digits).
