Why have i been restrictions
I tried to cancel an order even wrote to the seller ,they never wrote back,, I wasn't able to purchase it, why am I be restricted,,

·2 years agoBecause you committed to buy the item and then you didn't pay for it? Why shouldn't you be restricted so you don't do that to other sellers? A buyer has no right to cancel an order. S/he is required to pay for it unless the seller lets him/her off the hook.
You also have 5 bid retractions in the past year. I'm not sure whether eBay takes that into account in setting a user's buying limits, but they should.
What error message are you getting when you try to bid/offer/purchase?
