Why hasn't my seller shipped my item its been 30 hours.
Why hasn't the seller shipped my item yet they have had my money for 30 plus hours. They can't make it to the post office?

The date you need to be most concerned with is the estimated delivery date.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventually refund.

Mentor11 months agoNot all sellers ship within 24 hours. Look at the original listing to find the seller's handling time. It could be 3 days or longer.

Mentor11 months agoWe have no idea why they may not have shipped but you really do not know it they have shipped the item or not. Not all sellers use the eBay shipping center so they may not enter a tracking number into your purchase history. Also, sometimes if they do enter a tracking number it may not be scanned until it is delivered.
All you need to keep track of is the last estimated delivery date shown for the item in your purchase history. Once this date has passed by at least one full day you can open an "Item not received" case if you do not have the item.
