WHY HAS eBAY BECOME A NO CONTACT WHAT-SO-EVER (With a Real Live Agent) PLATFORM?
eBay has become Absolutely Impossible to talk to, 1-on-1 with a real person! - WHY?

I have had a problem with a UPS Shipping Label recently.
The Label was an Error, a mistake as it were.
It had the information on it, including Name/Address/Weight/Size of package.
I accidently click-on "Purchase Label" prematurely!
I almost immediately recognized the Error, and Did Not print the Label.

However, it was too late to avoid being charged for Label ($47.86) through eBay shipping.
The Fund$ were instantly taken from my Bank Account.

That Label has Now been Voided/Canceled by UPS.
The Label was purchased by me through eBay Shipping by mistake, but never printed out.

UPS had No problem Canceling/Voiding the Label but could not initiate the Refund.
They told me it should be refunded automatically within 3-5 days by eBay Shipping.
However, it would be a good idea to contact them about this issue to make sure of my Refund.

HHAAH! - Have you ever tried to contact eBay, - About ANY issue?
Much less an issue this Complex?

This entire issue is somewhat away from the "Norm" I grant you, but it's not THAT complicated!

The only resemblance to contacting eBay now, -
- is this Ridiculous "Automatic Chat" with a very Stupid Computer!
I tried that, and this quite simple issue actually, was So **bleep** Confusing to eBay's "Auto-Chat" computer,
All it did was run me around in circles, coming back to the start every time!

I tried to get it to transfer me to a "Live" Agent, OK? - I kept telling me I have to include an item.
It gave me a list of my Purchases on eBay to choose from. - I would tell this Idiot computer this is NOT about a purchase, this is about something I Sold, an issue with the Shipping Label!
It would then go into "melt-down" mode, and tell me the same crap over again.

This issue was just TOO complex for a computer to understand??? - How Pathetic is that?

So, at this point, I do NOT Know, if I will Ever be Refunded for this "Error" Label or not.

Mentor2 years agoNo need to speak to customer service.
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 5 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The UPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
