Why ebay tech support so afraid to escalate
Every time I have to call tech support it seems like the staff is legit scared to escalate a matter. Also I have to call them and file complaints with the BBB way to often just to get "my funds" you know the payment for the item that was mine that I sold to the customer who paid it to me. It's like pulling teeth with these people.
