Why ebay not taking serious concerns for digital images and video of the sellers?

I have been a seller on eBay for a long time and have invested significant time, effort, and money into building my shop and creating high-quality product images.
One of the biggest issues I am facing is that after I upload my original product photos to eBay, other sellers—sometimes new sellers and sometimes established sellers—copy my images and use them on their own listings. In many cases, they then list the same or similar products at lower prices and start receiving orders using the content and work that I invested in creating.
I have raised this serious concern with eBay, but I feel that there is still not enough protection or action for sellers who invest in creating their own original content and operate their businesses ethically.
I would like to know whether I am the only seller experiencing this issue. If other sellers are facing the same problem, what is the proper solution or process to address it?
Does eBay have a dedicated legal, intellectual property, or seller-protection team that handles cases involving unauthorized use of product images? If so, how can sellers like me escalate these cases and receive proper assistance?
I genuinely want to grow my business on eBay, but it is extremely frustrating to see other sellers benefit from the time, money, and effort I have invested in creating my product photography.
I would appreciate a clear explanation of what eBay can do to protect sellers from unauthorized copying of their product images and what steps I should take when this happens.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou need to know that when you make your listing all of the listing becomes property of eBay and the photos can go into their gallery for other sellers to use. I see my photos used on other sellers listings every now and then. So although you took the photos once the listing is made eBay owns the photos and can do what they want with them. It can be a pain but i am sure that eBay is not the only online selling site that will do this.
