Why ebay don’t help me? The seller never shipped me items and ebay dont help me
The seller never shipped my purchase the tracking says ups never received the article and ebay DONT HELP ME i need my money back i paid 65 and my purchase never was shipped

The last reply is correct, if the last estimated delivery date shown in your Order details has passed.
If it hasn't did you check the seller's feedback profile page, to see if they're registered outside of the U.S.? If they are they may ship using a foreign international shipping partner of UPS, in which case the tracking will not update until the item arrives in the U.S., passes through customs, and is transferred to UPS.
If you haven't checked the seller's feedback profile page do that now. Your seller may have a fair number of feedback and a 100% rating, but all for buying not selling before or in over a year. Many new or returning sellers do not know that ebay will place a 21 day hold on their first few payments. On their account the payment status is marked as Pending, so they do not think the funds are available yet, and they do not ship. This happens a lot with new/returning sellers.
The best way to deal with it is check to see if they are a new/returning seller. If they are message them and tell them to do a Google search for "Payments on hold, ebay" Then on the results page to open the article with export.ebay.com in the article's address. If they do that, they will get the info they need to ship your item, and get the funds released sooner.

If you do not receive an item by the last estimated delivery date, you can file an "item not received" case with eBay the next day. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days but less than twenty-one business days, ask eBay to step in and refund you.
