Why eBay converted to scam of seller market
Hi the hell eBay works like this ! They charge my credit card then they donot send it and I have order twice and never get my item and or my money . Never see like this in my life . I will sue the eBay and united state postage . Buyer be ware ! I already delet my credit card ! Cut all my credit card ! This is scam by government of united state want taxes and get rich off the regular people like us .

eBay has a procedure you can follow if an item is not received.

If there is no tracking showing delivery and you act within thirty days of the last estimated delivery date and follow the steps at that link, you may be able to get your money back.
The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or else refund you. If the seller does neither, at that point you should be able to ask eBay to step in and force a refund.
