Why Don't My Shipping Preferences Show Up In Any Of My Listings?
None of my buyers could see my shipping preferences, which are set to 30 days for all of my listings. As a result, they each have opened cases against me because they didn't know it takes 30 days to ship. Why does eBay suck at providing better customer support to resolve these issues?
