This is most likely because of the 8% USPS postage price increase that went in to affect today.
If the item sold before the price increase then the shipping calculator would have reflected the old shipping costs.

Going forward as long as you use calculated shipping the 8% surcharge will be factored in when the buyer pays for shipping.
