Why don't Ebay policies protect sellers?
We delivered the product to the cargo hours after the customer placed the order. Due to a problem with USPS, the product was delivered to the customer approximately 10 days later. Before receiving the product, the customer wrote a negative comment stating that the product was sent late and therefore was delivered late.
Why does Ebay blame USPS on sellers? Why doesn't Ebay protect sellers? Why are sellers responsible for USPS delays?

·2 years agoLooking at your feedback, this isn’t an isolated incident for you, so something needs to be changed. I ended up having to change post offices. A couple of examples: I had an item get delivered - late - and get a delivery scan even though it had never been scanned accepted. A couple of years ago I sold some men’s shoes that were supposed to go to Texas. Tracking came to a screeching halt. The buyer eventually opened an item not received case, and was refunded. Eventually, the shoes found their way back to me . . . From North Carolina! I switched post offices and haven’t had any more problems.

You need to get your shipments scanned when you ship. If there is a scan within your handling time, eBay will remove the negative feedback even if the delivery is late.
Do you use a SCAN form? If not, this is the best way to get your packages scanned at shipment.
If you use carrier pickup, talk to your carrier and explain that you need the SCAN form scanned when he takes your packages. If you drop off at your PO, talk to your post master or supervisor, and ask for a place to drop your packages with the SCAN form so it will be scanned.
To generate a SCAN form, you have to use bulk shipping. You can use bulk shipping even when you have only 1 package to ship. After selecting purchase shipping label, click print labels in bulk in the upper right of the label page.

OP2 years agoI always use the scan form. The order on which the negative feedback was written was delivered to USPS 1 day after the order date. The order arrived exactly on Sunday, March 31st. The order was delivered via USPS on Monday, April 1st in the afternoon. However, the order was delivered to the buyer 10 days later. Customer wrote the review "The bullet antenna I ordered on March 31st has been on shipped for 9 days and was supposed to be delivered March 5th and still hasent arrived".
Now what is my fault?
I delivered the product to USPS within 24 hours. what should I do. Why does Ebay penalize sellers on these issues?

If your PO scanned your SCAN form and the package tracking shows that acceptance within your handling time, you should be able to get the neg removed.
