Why doesnt Ebay care about buyer any more?
The last few transactions on Ebay have really underscored that Ebay doesnt give a crap about sellers. The last 2 over seas transactions I pointed out that I felt they the user was probably a scam artist and even pointed there was no way they could sell an item brand new for $300 when a legit seller was selling for $1200. They said not much we can do until they give us a reason to take further action. They said go ahead and purchase and if there is a problem we will take care of it under the buyers protection. So i did and both were scams even after both and they refunded me they allowed the sellers to keep selling on Ebay for Appox 1 month taking other peoples money. Even after i provided them with info that the seller says he was selling and shipping from Bularia but the shipping was from China and had shipped the item from China to Mexico . They said they had to wait the requiered time and had to reach out to the seller even though the shipping info was suspect enough. While they did take care of both issues one of them took about a month the other about 2 weeks and still allowed the seller to keep on selling a month after I gave them documentation the the seller changed there name afew days after opening the account. This is not the Ebay ive known from the start Not sure what they are doing but they need to figure it out.
