Its absolutely ridiculous that eBay doesn't accept an X Money account for payouts.

Mentor1 month agoeBay's managed payments system only allows for payouts to verified checking accounts with brick and mortar banks and does not accept any virtual banks for payouts. There is no getting around this requirement.
