Why doesn’t my listing show up when I search the main 2 words in the title?

I see it when searching von dutch:

You may be running into an issue since your item is listed as shipping via freight. Freight shipping items will appear at the end of the sort order when sorting by price plus shipping, for instance, since there is no shipping amount listed.
