Why doesn’t eBay have live agents to assist buyers asap?
The lack of live support on eBay is terrible. I have had an ongoing issue with a purchase and can not believe that one can’t speak to a live agent. There are more issues that buyers face that need to be voiced rather than the standard, blanket ones that their platform and AI can not resolve without the help of a live agent “stepping inâ€

OP1 year agoAlso. I can not believe that the eBay community is really made up of the complainant against a number of eBay moderators who support eBay and not the complainant.

OP1 year agoNo help from eBay and their supposed 100% money back guarantee has forced me to file a dispute with my financial institution. However, I believe I must go further than this so that other buyers are made aware of the merry go round ride at eBay.
