Why doesn’t “see original listing†buton work?
I made a purchase and wanted to check on the original listing of item, clicked onâ€see original listing†and nothing happened and trying to find information on this stupid help section is like stumbling over furniture in a dark room.
anybody else have this problem?
Thr original page blinked on for a second and then cut to different screen.

Mentor2 years agoYou should still be able to see the original listing if it ended less than ninety days ago.
If you are using a mobile browser in mobile mode, the "original listing" link may not be working. But you should still be able to see the listing using a mobile browser in classic mode, or else in desktop mode. Or by using the eBay app.
If you are using a desktop browser and following the link in your Purchase History you may have to scroll down past some sponsored listings to see the original listing.
