Why does this happen?
It won't let me create a listing, and ebay tells me this:
It appears you're listing a forward-deployed item in a country different from your registered address. These items can't be listed according to our {URLO}. To ship from overseas warehouses, apply at {URLI}

Are you trying to list an item that ships from somewhere other than Mexico?
