Why does the seller not allowing me to purchase their item
I cannot purchase this items, because the seller is not allowing me to purchase the item and never replies to my messages for making an offer to purchase the said item

Sellers are allowed to block a user from making a purchase if the seller does not want to sell to that user. Sellers are not required to provide an explanation or to reconsider such blocks.
Find another seller to purchase from instead.
