Why Does the Search of My Active Listings Not Seem to Work

Question

I've got several Jack Daniel's glasses listed currently, but when I search under "Manage Active Listings" for "Jack Daniel's", "Jack Daniels", "Jack Daniel", Jack Daniel s" it never pulls back any results. If I just limit the search to Jack, I will then see all of the Jack Daniel's listings. Why is this? And I wonder if buyers that search run into the same kind of thing? See screen shots..

The thread refers to a problem a while back that was reportedly fixed, but that may have cropped up again recently.
