why does the expiration date keep blanking out after entering the date on the card

when entereing my expiration date from the credit card then select DONE it keeps on blanking out the expiration date and I reenter it but it does not save the correct expiration date.

Make sure you are entering the correct card number, name and date in the correct format with no extra characters, and that the expiration month has not already passed. If you click on the empty field it should show you the correct format, probably MM/YY. Enter four numbers only with a leading zero if necessary, the form will fill in the slash. 03/24 will work for a few more days; 02/24 or earlier will not.

If that does not help, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
