    Why does the “Or Best Offer” no longer work?
                     

    Hello everyone. Every time I try to make an offer on an item I get an error canceling my efforts. Is anyone else experiencing this? 
    Currently, I can’t make any offers on anything I’m interested in. I can only buy them outright. 
    I would appreciate any feedback.
