Why does seller shipping charge exceeds buyer payment?
I just sold an item and eBay charged me more to purchase the shipping label than the customer was charged. Does anyone know how I can avoid this in the future? It's also frustrating that there's no easy direct contact to eBay customer service for seller issues - if someone can help there. Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoThe only recent sold item I see is a purse that has ground shipping. To figure out the different costs What was the buyer charged and what did you pay?
