why does "open unpaid case" link go to "cancellation"
I have a buyer who has not paid for an item. eBay seems to recommend "opening an unpaid case" in this situation, but the link goes to simply cancelling the auction - not with any kind of sanction against the non-paying buyer. Why is this?

Mentor2 years agoHave you waited 4 days? After that time, the reason buyer did not pay shows as the reason for cancellation. This gives the buyer a strike.
