Why does my return keep being put on hold?
Seller sent two left shoes contacted me told me that they were willing to help me work this out and would send the other shoe as soon as I sent them back. I have had this request. They have put it on hold twice now and keep continuing it out the seller and I have agreed to things but eBay is holding this up.

How to ask us to step in
Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item).
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
eBay then may give the seller one more chance to make things right by sending a return shipping label or issuing a full refund.
