Why does my listing not let buyers purchase? It tells everyone that I do not ship to their address.

That error message that Buyers get points to a mistake you have in your Shipping settings. It could be a type-o on the weight or one or more of the dimensions of the package. You have the item dimensions in the description but need accurate ones in the shipping settings on the listing form.
