why does it say I have 0% positive?
why does it say I have 0% positive? I know I haven't listed anything for over a year, but All my feedback has been positive and it doesn't look good with 0% positive 😞 Please advise as I think it is making me look bad. Thanks for any help.

Mentor1 year agoYour feedback percentage is calculated based on feedback received in the last year.
No positive feedback received means your feedback percentage is zero.
When you receive a positive feedback, your percentage will go back to 100%.

Mentor1 year agoYour feedback percentage is based on the feedback received in the last 12 months. Since you have received no feedback during that period you percentage is zero. Once you receive a positive feedback your percentage will show 100%

OP1 year agoThank you for that answer. I just wish it didn't look like I had all negative feedback (0% positive = all negative to me).
