Why does eBay suck on getting a claim filed?

I'm trying to file a claim for a purchase not received. It says "It may still be on the way". That's wrong. The seller never uploaded any shipping information after several requests to do so. My mail delivery just occurred and the package did not arrive. This is ridiculous.

I understand your response. The **bleep** enters when you actually have to wait one additional day past the day that is stated. Why don't they tell the whole truth instead? You have to wait an additional day. You told the actual truth. EBay conveniently leaves that important point out. Thanks.

What is the estimated date of arrival as shown in your Purchase History? Has that date passed already?

IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€
